The scheme I applied for starts in September 2026 re the actual AC date it was some time in March. Hope that helps and good luck!! Yeah it’s a shame esp bc I got through to the next round last time but ah well

I have applied to the same scheme but my portal has not updated. Quite confused by it all.

They’re probably reviewing as they go or perhaps it’s good news it hasn’t updated yet! They usually reject people first I believe

I think there were around 15-20 total. The group task was done in teams of five.

I think it was something like 4 spaces in London, with an additional two at the BBC London studios, then 2 in Salford and a couple more in I think Glasgow and one other location? I'm sorry that I can't remember the exact numbers outside of London, but thats the bit that I was focused on!

I’ve been invited to the online assessment centre for the BBC Journalism Apprenticeship

I just wanted to ask if anyone could share what the format is like?
• What does the assessment centre involve?
• Is there an interview?
• What should I expect from the group activity?
• Any tips on how to prepare?

I’d really appreciate any advice or insight!
