Hi all,
I have submitted my ATAS application, but still no reply from their side. Is that normal?
Applied date: 18th April
Changes date: 26th April
Reference no: 3500**
CACHE Code: (CAH10-01-02) mechanical engineering
still waiting
What should be done in this case?

Congratulations, just a question is it for PhD or MSc course?
Thanks

Hi, I am having the same issue. I submitted it on the 31st of May and I'm still waiting for their response. I am worried because I need a visa to study in the UK. How long are they taking to process the applications?

Hi, did you get any further update?

My visa expires on 31st August. I applied on 27th July and made corrections on 4th August. Can I apply for Tier 4 extension if it doesn't arrive in time?
I’m still doing my application but I don’t know what to put in the sponsor section as I’m using student finance to pay for uni but they don’t have an email address and does one of your reference be from your home country or can it be from the country you live in? Any help would be great

I think you should just mention student finance as your sponsor. Usually they mean someone from your home country as a reference. I’ve never heard of them contacting anybody, so I just put one person from my previous university staff and notified him just in case.

Hey! Check out this thread https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7326602&p=98343464#post98343464

ATAS this year is relatively fast. Don't worry too much about it, I am sure you will get it soon.

Hello,
I am planning to start my work as lecturer and I need ATAS. They gave me correction option on my login form after 4 days of submission but they have not mention what to correct in research proposal section. I found that the instead of department name, I have added faculty, which I have corrected. But I have noticed after submission that they might need supervisor name. I don't have any supervisor so what should do in that case. The ATAS required for lecturer also needs supervisor name.
