i have really bad cramp in both my knees. its just started last nite and is gettin worse. ne ideas what could be causin it?

1) lack of calcium. Drink milk.
2) Coldness got into your leg. Wrap warm, wear socks and put a hot water bottle on it.


I get cramps in my feet all the time.

Could the cause possibly be, a sudden contraction or spasm of the muscles? :rolleyes:

I think you should actually go see the doctor, it should only last for a while then go.

not sure about the coldness one. im usually where its warm. i think i get enough calcium aswell

if it doesnt get any better ill go to the docs. kinda hard tryin to keep you legs straight whilst at work aswell...
