Is he ghosting me?

I’ve been chatting to a guy for a week. We met once, and have been texting non stop. Not all the time since we both have got jobs, but texts have been going there and back maybe every couple of hours. Today he wished me good morning. I asked a question to which he never replied. Then later he send a laughing reaction to my story within minutes of me posting, I asked if he’s okay. He never answered. Am I overthinking or is he being weird?

You're overthinking and at the same time, he's being weird too. Or maybe both of you are improving your feelings for each other. Ask yourself how you feel about him. You'll find an answer hopefully.
