Im looking forward to the social aspect, having the sole responsibility for my own learning, living and supporting myself, not having to work full-time in a rubbish job, joining the wicked snooker club near the uni, meeting new people, being permenantly hungover, being in an advanced learning environment, my course, being one of the only students with a brand new car lol

I could go on but i wont

Im really looking forward to studying the subject I have wanted for years and years! Especially with like minded people and as people have said living away from home, in my case in a city instead of the rural scene! As nice as parents are it will be ace to be on my own for a change!

Well obviously the independence, but also, I am looking forward to the fresh start, for once in a VERY long time I will find myself in a situation where everyone are complete strangers (but obviously with similar interests)... however, maybe I will meet one or two people there who happen to post on this website .

I'm looking forward to meeting more people, from a wider age and cultural range. To be honest, I prefer the more 'mature' crowd. I don't mind hanging about with my college mates but when they start acting immaturely, I just try and stay away and not look associated with them. I'm also looking to make more Italian friends as well since I'm learning it at the moment and it would really help speed it up if I could talk to them in Italian all day.

Cool! I salute the school/college/wherever you go to for Italian, I wish I could have done that!
