Has anyone recieved update on application?

Hey,

How did everyone get on with their interviews?

I did mine yesterday, think it was the last day to do it.

I got a Q on inclusivity which threw me a little as I hadn't really prepared for it.

I had 2 behaviours and 6 strengths I think

I wonder if we all got the same questions or if they mix them up a little?

I just got a provisional offer for Croydon. Scored 6 for Leadership and 6 for Making Effective Decisions.

It doesn't seem to show anything under the strengths heading. The overall score was 27

I think it depends on the amount of vacancies and your score. Generally I think everyone goes on the reserve list if it's a mass recruitment and they work their way through the list. I'm assuming they start people off in smaller groups for training purposes. I got put on a reserve list for the same role but at a different location. However, the one located in Croydon I just got a provisional offer without being placed on the reserve list
