wouldn’t it have been 0-0.3 because removing the outliers made them less correlated? The gradient of the line would have decreased no? or im just overthinking

0.3-1. The removal of outliers means the correlation will become stronger

Not in this case, the removal of outliers made it more clustered towards the centre so it was less modelled as a straight line with a positive correlation
