Hi me again, just had the following email
We are pleased to confirm that your pre-employment checks have been successfully completed.

What happens next?

We shall be in contact with you shortly to let you know the next stage of the recruitment process.

Does this mean that I’ve got the job?
Thanks

Sorry I've not been on here in a week or so

I'd day that you will be offered the job now in fact you might have already got a call to discuss a start date (I've not read all recent replies yet)

Seems a bit strange hopefully it won't be long
Hey, did you get more infos about working patterns and child's sickness? I am very curious to know what's the policy when you start this kind of job. I was interested in a part time. Thanks.

Good luck in your new role, not long before start date now.

Just out of curiosity did u get an employee handbook when u got your contract?

Im just wondering what their policy is for families, such as flexi working and time off if your child's sickness.

I'm waiting for my checks to be complete, I assume they will call to discuss working pattern. I work full time at moment but I condense my hours over 4 days so I'm hoping that's still possible  I know training is full time so I can try arrange childcare for those days as it would be temporary.
@JDSensations have you started yet? Can you tell us any info x

Hey Alex,
Yeah I started on Monday. Not much to divulge yet. This week I'm going through policies and procedures and getting set up on systems/access to things.
Then I have about 5 weeks training which is made up of training on the job the agents do then manager/hr training to lead the team then I'll shadow for a bit before being given my team.

I'm working from home during the training process. But my role could be different to what others get offered

Seems very flexible but a busy department

I've been informed there is help with getting chair/desk so that's handy (I'm going to claim for a chair and hopefully a monitor as I have a desk)

My manager seems lovely so far and the team members I've met so far

I am still waiting on my preemployment checks to be completed. Its been about 4.5 weeks now. I know one of my referees was very slow to respond.
I'm on pre employment checks. They text today and needed proof of my name change (marriage). The ex has the marriage certificate and is away so I'm panicking a bit!
