Hi, how long does it take for you to get your score back because I applied five days ago and I’ve not heard anything so I was just wondering how long it took for you to find out you would go into the next stage

I’ve just got sjt score. My offer came @3 weeks ago so
Not sure what delay was as far as this score is concerned Applied sept. Interview end of sept. Offer @5 weeks later. Still going thru employment checks.

Hello, I have completed the situational judgement test and it has come back with a score of 364.00.

It says I will progress onto the next stage, which I assume is the 500 word part that I wrote.

Does anybody know what the score of 364.00 is because everywhere I look on the Internet, it says a percentage will be given.

Amy

Hi did you manage to find out what the score represents , I just got my score back 363.00 says applications gone through to the next stage. How is your application going

Update, I did pass everything. SIFT was 3, which is the minimum. They first said I hadn't passed and then I did.

So did the online interview, passed, did all checks and then they wouldn't accept my previous job as a ref because it was a private home LOOOOOOL.

So I gave up and just left it and they withdrew my application. They since keep emailing asking if I want to carry on but I cannot get passed the business email address so anyway I got another job on the same money and more suited to me

good luck

Do you mind me asking how long it took them to get back to you with your SJT results?

I think it must depend on location. I'm going through my PEC checks and still haven't had mine, when I rang up and asked for them they said they don't give results any more 🤷*♀️ how long ago did you do your sjt?

How long did it take for everyone to hear back about the situational judgement test? I’ve applied for a different DWP job as I’m already a work coach in the jobcentre and looking to move. I just done the test today

What's the turnover of staff in work coach roles? I got 5's in the interview questions but I've been put on 6 months reserve list for one.

Understand it’s high. I think it’s seen as a stepping stone.

Hopefully I may be offered one then before the 6 months runs out.

Wouldn’t lose hope on that. I’ve just started and between applying and actually taking up posts apparently a lot of people fall by the wayside - that’s what my manager said. I’m not sure how many were originally hoped for at our office. And on top of that some people won’t stick with the training. Fingers crossed for you

I was offered an alternative role of being a team leader in UC instead.

You can't really advise on these, it's questions that ask what you would do in certain situations. Alike to a psychometric test where you mark from one extreme to another on what you think.

Pretty sure the SJ test is out of 452. Why they give out a random number is beyond me as there's absolutely no context to base it on.
The test is scored out of 7, as are all the competencies etc. Your score of 346 give you around 77% which should equate to ~5.4 so will maybe be a 5 so well done

That’s interesting, how the score is calculated as I scored 325 and received an email stating that based on my SJ Test responses my application won’t be taken further. Is there a minimum score required to pass? I've noticed a few people with less than 325 passing to the next stage. Quite baffling...

I scored 336 and they said the same thing , there's no mention of how they calculate these or what the benchmarks are anywhere.

Seems a bit like cherry-picking some with either lower or higher scores go through and some just don't.. And yess DWP don't provide any info on how they calculate the scores or what the score is to pass. Could it be down to the location perhaps..
