Hello, I have completed the situational judgement test and it has come back with a score of 364.00.
It says I will progress onto the next stage, which I assume is the 500 word part that I wrote.
Does anybody know what the score of 364.00 is because everywhere I look on the Internet, it says a percentage will be given.
Amy

Hi Amy how to prepare for this score, I got 177. They will not pregress me to next level.

Update, I did pass everything. SIFT was 3, which is the minimum. They first said I hadn't passed and then I did.
So did the online interview, passed, did all checks and then they wouldn't accept my previous job as a ref because it was a private home LOOOOOOL.
So I gave up and just left it and they withdrew my application. They since keep emailing asking if I want to carry on but I cannot get passed the business email address so anyway I got another job on the same money and more suited to me
good luck

Hi can you share some ideas how to write the personal statement. Thanks

You will get interview link after sifting if you passed,
I got 312 scores and received email 2 days ago that “failed in sifting don’t know what they check in sifting.

they use what they call the A percentile system is a way of ranking and comparing scores based on how an individual's score relates to others in a group. For example, if you score in the 90th percentile, it means you scored higher than 90% of the people who took the same test. The higher the percentile, the better your performance compared to others.
In some selection processes, even if you achieve a high score, only those with the top percentile rankings may be chosen, especially if there are limited spots. example - I scored 344 but didn't get through. I think it's based on a percentile system. This means that the candidates with the highest scores are selected. Even if you score 400, if they are only selecting nine people and others score higher than you, you may not be chosen. That's what I understood from their website.

Use the criteria and give examples on previous experiences on how you met them. They explained it in the advert. One example can be used to meet more than one criteria. Good luck

Hey!! What did your email say ? Because even I got 350 and said they will be taking my application to the next stage, I am not sure if that 500 words answer comes into play before we get the email or after

The portal still shows your application will be reviewed now and will be contacted to confirm the next steps. I am quite confused about this situation

That’s interesting, how the score is calculated as I scored 325 and received an email stating that based on my SJ Test responses my application won’t be taken further. Is there a minimum score required to pass? I've noticed a few people with less than 325 passing to the next stage. Quite baffling...

So the pass mark actually changes from job to job, the more people that apply the higher it has to be, essentially they can move the goal posts as and when they choose 🤷🏻*♀️🤦🏻*♀️

I'm still waiting for the results - done it on last Sunday

Have done it 3 times now, and I scored 337, 344 and 336 Are these marks for STJ alone, or both STJ and the statement write-ups .

hello. You can't really prepare for SJT as it's a test that evaluates how you approach and resolve work related situations.

No problem. I can't remember exactly but I think I had about 20-30 scenarios where you need to choose the answer by how would you do in that situation. I have done it twice now and the situations are different all the time and random.
