What is the best UCAT course

I think it varies depending on what type of person you are. A fair few people fall into the trap of paying £100s for an 'intensive' UCAT course which in reality only outlines the basics and a few tips and tricks which can be found via a quick google search. Most people on TSR recommend either Medify or Medentry (or both to get the best of both worlds). Their prices are generally cheaper than intensive courses, have massive question banks and mock papers to stimulate the real thing. It's recommended around 6-8 weeks of UCAT preparation so I'd buy either of those websites for a month or two.

I scored 3170 in ucat with sj band 1.
So to be true you need teachers to guide you through tips tricks and the ways of working on the sessions to complete within the time frame . So as medentry & medify are not always useful for me , in starting you can use them once you are done with the content part for practice. You need assessment when you prepare for the UCAT.
I did personal Tutions from Trinity Global Education and they have been really helpful . I did one on one sessions with them also for practice you can use official mock test from Pearson Vue or a test series from the portals. Ucat personally I feel is about practice you have to work on timings to score . As you have limited time for each section
