The light up hub/ tutouring

Recently I bought a membership for the light up hub, tonight I logged in to do some english revision and now it's saying I don't have a membership at all and I can't use it. Has anyone else had this problem?

nah fr I just bought it and it ain’t working for me. Was logged in and evrything and saying I have to buy it again thank god I have screen recording and everything but she isn’t respond to my emails ugh
