Hi,
I'm in year 12 and thinking of possibly doing speech therapy. I want to definitely do something with people and I love english and am really enjoying psychology.
Is anyone studying it or know anything about it?
It is very much science based?
I've heard it is very competitive?!
Could i do it as a post grad?

Anything you know really, thanks peacenik

you can do

phd & masters as postgrade.

There are some really good unis offering speech therapy such as ucl & manchester.

It is not as science based as other human communication programmes such as audiology.

You don't need really high grades to get in, and it is not v.competitive like optometry.

You need to get BBC-BBB

Social psychology, individual differences, privation/deprivation bits of pyshology is in the course structure. Sociology may also be useful
