l applied for the airbus aerospace degree apprenticeship at Filton on the 19th of October 2023 now it the 9th of december 2023.and l've been looking on the website for my application status.its been ;under review; for that long lol.Does anyone have an idea how long they take to get back to you! literally can't think straight atm, been checking it everyday lol

Hi JZ06, vie currently applied for the same apprenticeship and I quite literally cant take my mind of it either, I see you had applied last year. How long did it take for airbus to get back to you? Also, is the university that your degree is with Weston college?

Current 1st-year apprentice here, thats pretty normal, the application window is pretty large, I applied in Sep/Oct 2023 didn't hear much until the following Jan/Feb, as it takes a long time for the early careers team to sift through the large amount of applicants.
UWE provides the degree, however I believe my cohort is the last to study in Weston-super-Mare, from 2025 the majority of Airbus apprentices should study in Filton, however the first academic year of full-time study will likely still be conducted by Weston College lecturers travelling to Filton, and you'll be enrolled as a UCW (University Centre Weston, higher education department of Weston College) student and a UWE student simultaneously.

A long read that, but hope it helps.

Hello Jake,
The assessment centre is an online call, consisting of a group design task with other applicants, which you then present to assessors. followed by a smaller individual task and traditional interview in front of 2 assessors. Hope that helps!
Robin

Edit: I'm doing Aerospace Engineering, the process may be different for non-engineering positions.

Hi guys, ive just got an email for an assessment center. I wanted to know the process for anyone who applied to software by chance. Also how long did it take for them to get back to you after the virtual assessment center. Thanks!

Hi everyone. I’m in a similar position to above. I’ve just received an AC invite for the Avionics Qualification Engineering programme at Stevenage/Warwick. Has anyone got any tips that may help me with the AC or can shed some light on what I can expect? Thanks!

Has anyone received an email for aerospace engineering yet for airbus? Starting to get a little worried with everyone else with different apprenticeships getting invites fir AC

Hopefully aerospace and design are just late with sending invites, ik aerospace have a large volume of applicants. Haven't hear anyone get an invite for aerospace too
