Can only hope it's on the way then  did you submit in the Psychology category btw?

Reply 1222

I got a high distinction in law and just got an e-certificate for my essay. However, I heard nothing about my history essay which is a little frustrating.

Nor me. It's fairly ridiculous. Why is the Psychology department or whatever so slow-

I got mine for junior

Reply 1228

Sth strange happened to me. I believe that both my history and junior essays were shortlisted (it is said in the emails and in the system). But I only receive 1 certificate (the junior one)😕It seems that they have forgotten me.☹️ I wrote email to the institute and the only reply I got was an automatically generated one which serves no help. Can I tell me what should I do? Please…

I also have the same problem. I got my junior certificate but my history certificate somehow disappeared☹️

Did you get the history certificate? I just got mine today, so maybe they're starting to send them out again.

Dear,
It is my very great pleasure to congratulate you on being awarded a Commendation in the Economics category of the John Locke Institute's 2023 Global Essay Competition. You can be proud of this achievement. I hope the experience of researching and writing this essay will confer on you lasting benefits.
Last month my colleagues and I had the pleasure of hosting a ceremony in the University of Oxford's Sheldonian Theatre. Nearly eight hundred guests - shortlisted contestants and their families and supporters - heard a speech from our Guest of Honour, Professor Pano Kanelos. Our Director, Martin Cox, announced the category winners and runners up, as well as the overall winner of the Grand Prize of the John Locke Institute's 2023 Global Essay Competition. You can see their names here: https://www.johnlockeinstitute.com/prize-winners. Later this month, we will publish the prize-winning essays; I hope you will enjoy reading them as much as I did.
If you continue to meet the age eligibility, I do hope you will enter the competition again next year. In any case, on behalf of the John Locke Institute, I wish you well in your future intellectual and academic endeavours.
Yours sincerely,
Jamie Whyte
Chairman of Examiners

Please what was the title of the email

That's what it looks like. I submitted in the Psychology category but no updates yet. When they meant end of the month, I'm pretty sure they were subjecting themselves to Parkinson's Law 😅

sup man, are you doing the JLEC again this year (2025) by any chance? It's my first year and I'm doing Psych
