Weren't you calling him a flop and a waste of money and lambasting Arteta for signing him a few months ago?

No lol, I supported Havertz from day one. He was actually my dream signing from Chelsea as he should have joined Arsenal from Leverkusen in the first place.

Yeah Tom Ford been a Havertz fan since day one

I can't say I was. I see his value now but we lose the league next year ala 15/16 season if we don't go an upgrade now.

Havertz is not the main striker in this system imo, he plays best in the Cesc role at Barca. False 9/number 8 hybrid.

Get us a hybrid winger/striker like Alexis and we clean up. We need a player like that against the low block teams.

Need to buy a new GK first.

Raya will come good.

Got a seat near the front row tomorrow, right next to Arteta's technical area. Will shout some transfer suggestions at him.

New goalkeeper, seriously? 28 goals in 35 matches are not bad at all. Or is this the due to the fact that Arsenal's defense is sublime?

I just think he is nowhere near the level of Ederson or Alisson. Was barely an update on Ramsdale.

Just that the defence and Rice are that good.

Ramsdale probably would have gotten a similar number of cleansheets.
Rice getting better by the game.

Not absurd in the slightest to mention him in same breath as Gerrard, Keane, Vieira.

Rare to say but £100m was a bargain given that'll he'll play 45 games a season for 10 years
Partey deserves another year too.
Partey-Odegaard-Rice is best in the PL imo

Been saying rice is elite.

I've watched him live for west ham and I knew he's legit. He's not just a 6 he can also play the 8 just as well. In reality he's quite similar to kante as a player.

Lol Rodri, Bernardo, De Bruyne is much better. Those guys **** it against Bayern.

Arsenal always [what you said in brackets] it when the matches matter. That is an unwritten law for the gunners.

Deluded Arsenal fans - comparing Declan Rice to Gerrard, Keane and Viera and saying he was a bargain at 100mil. You cant get more AFTV than that mate

He's a better player than he was at West Ham. MOTM every other week. Gliding around the pitch in attack and sweeping up in defence.

Gerrard, Keane, Vieira did it for years and years of course and Rice is just getting started at that level but I dont understand why you say that its absurd. Do you watch football? Are you not seeing what i am seeing ? Rice has arrived bro an he'll be here for the next 5-7 years playing 45 games a seaon. Deal with it
Rice is quality, I'd have high hopes from what I've seen he offers you not just as a player but as possible leader. But the makings of a star player is over 3+ seasons for Arsenal anyway. Good signs so far!

Arsenal will win the league if not this season, next I'd think. But with longer cup runs would be interesting to see how the squad manages it. In some ways a bit lucky with going out early in both English cups this season and only a QF in CL (which possibly impacted the villa loss). But the side is young, arteta done a job TBF.

he's had one really good season at arsenal, if he keeps it up and does it for 6+ yrs he still wont be on the same level as keane. He is a leader by example unlike keane who was hard on everyone. Rice goes down far too easily in order to win a pen or free kick. Keane would never go down unless it was a definite foul. We don't have players like keane anymore

not sure Keane would survive in the modern game actually. he's very much a 90s player lacking physical quality. all vibes with him
I really hope that City blunders at least one match and Arsenal wins the last two ones of this season to win the league. Please!
