I believe I completed a health questionnaire when providing my pre-employment check details in the MOJ Portal. I have not been asked to complete anything further.

1. Right-to-work and address documentation have been checked in person.
2. DBS has been received by post.
3. I guess, my references are being checked in the background.
4. I have not received any 'separate link' for a health referral yet.

Lucky you..I am still providing additional information. As you say they are thorough. I receive text messages every other day requesting different versions of the same question.

I presume, based on the feedback provided here by everyone contributing to the thread, that the 'procedures' followed differ slightly, depending on the region.

Thanks mate. My portal status is marked as pre employment checks as well. I was hoping those who got contracts already could clarify about this .

It’s fine. If something comes up on the checks when they’re returned that causes an issue they will let you know.

I have not received anything yet. No phone call from a hiring manager, as mentioned before, and nothing about a contract yet.
I’m still under going checks but had my documents checked. Just waiting for the health questionnaire. I’ve completed my bar exams now just waiting for results next month - the manager at my base court told me that when a start date comes through you can discuss this in line with any results you are waiting for - just for anyone finishing their LPc/BTC

Has anybody received any further updates? I was told three weeks ago today that my pre-employment checks were complete and that a formal offer and contract were being prepared to be sent to me by email. Since then I have not received any further updates or documents.
I know at least one person on the forum has had their pre-employment check completed and confirmed their start date. I’m not sure they’ve had their formal contract yet. At this stage it depends how quick your prospective legal team manager is really.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't really been given any information at all and I don't even know whether I will be offred my first choice as my base Court because I haven't been told anything. I did have to take my ID and Right to Work Documents into my first choice of base Court, but the Senior Legal Manager had no information either and had just been asked to photocopy my documents. I wonder if I reach out to the Recruitment Contact Centre whether they would be able to give me some information? I also need to give notice in relation to my current job and I don't want to do that until I have accepted a formal offer and have an idea of start date.

It makes me feel better that we all seem to be in the same position. I guess things are still moving along for us and we just have to wait. Thank you for letting me know.

On vacation at the moment and out of the country.
No contract, no knowledge of a base court, etc., like the rest of you.
When I filled in my health questionnaire, there was a name of a 'supervisor'. As s/he did not have any LinkedIn profile, no idea who s/he was/is and where s/he was/is based.
It's great we keep updating each other though!
