May I check if HKU biomed students get it through articulation track? How about HKU Pharmacy students? Any idea about the transfer and the number of students. Thanks.

Hello to all aspiring medical professionals! We're a duo of HKU MBBS students eager to connect with international applicants in the post-interview phase. HKU has begun the next steps of the postgraduate application process as of January 20th, so if you're still waiting for news, don't lose hope—decisions will continue to roll out until the end of January. As we've observed certain trends in the release of interview results, we understand the anticipation and would love to share our insights. If you're curious about the medical interview process or want to discuss healthcare topics, let's support each other. Feel free to reach out for a chat.

How about undergraduates, are those settled already? Will there be any more offers for undergraduates?

Hello, for postgraduate application, what will HKU consider, like GPA or school reputations?

Guys I’m an IB student who participated in the hku mbbs early interview in December, I haven’t heard back yet. Does that mean my chances are slim?

We don’t have information for whether interview invitation for undergraduates have settled, however interview invitations for postgraduates haven’t settled. For both PG and UG students, interview results haven’t been all released

From what we know, grades in UG, work experiences and school reputation will all be considered. From what I saw in uni a lot of PG students graduate from prestigious uni with excellent grades

Despite the fact that a lot of IB students heard back from HKU already, HKU is slowly releasing results for interview so not getting back from them doesn’t mean you have no chance

We talked to a few PG students but we believed they sent these forms to quite a few PG students, so it cannot be sure yet whether it’s a sign of being shortlisted or not

Do you know in what order are the conditional offers released 😅? As I know someone who was in the last section of the December interview received CO.

From the students we helped we believed the results are first released to students with high grades and local backgrounds(studying international curriculum in HK), possibly also with strong personal statements. We can’t follow our students to get into the interview room(lol) but interview performances may affect a bit

Just out of curiosity, is there any undergraduates who are still waiting for their CO?
