Self Employment

I'm filling in the SF forms and it's asking about employment, I am currently self employed but I have no idea how much I will be able to earn, obviously less than the previous year if I am full time studying, I'm assuming that I tick Employed even if it's self employed and only part time? Also I'm not sure of the relevance of the time off work question in relation to being self employed, I'll be giving myself time off which will effectively be unpaid, which is it recommended I tick in that situation?
Does how much I may potentially earn affect the maintenance loan?

Hi there, We do not take into account any earned/unearned income of a student. Therefore your entitlement will not be affected. Thanks, Angela
