Exceptional circumstances outcome - Lancaster
My daughter submitting exceptional circumstances form and evidence to Lancaster back in May. Acknowledgement of receipt was received but she’s now had her final degree confirmation and there’s no mention of the outcome of her submission. Is this correct?
