It says 'HW is still deciding on your application'.

Then follow PQ's advice in post #39 :yep: As well as what Fez told you in post 34 :yy:

If you encounter more problems - come back to us

If HW are now CF (conditional firm) then I would email them. Put the subject line as “URGENT - please reject me into clearing asap” and include your full name, UCAS ID, course applied for and date of birth and make it clear that you have a clearing offer elsewhere that you want to accept and need them to make a decision either way urgently.

At this stage the people on the phones might not be in a position to actually amend applications - the people on the emails usually will.

Then call on Monday first thing to check that your email has arrived and ask when they will be able to process a decision.

Then call back every hour throughout the day on Monday chasing a decision.

Basically make yourself such a pain to deal with that someone will fast track sorting out your application just to stop you from phoning

Thank you. That is really helpful.

I just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to all of you on TSR giving up your time, offering support, advice and guidance and above all being non-judgemental and patient. I know you must get asked the same questions over and over again yet you still reply and post links. I am a parent and I don't know how I would have survived the past few months without student room, so the fact that I can imagine you have been an even greater support to the many students that have felt extreme panic, dissapointment or uncertainty during this difficult time. Thanks again!!

Advice would be that many many people will be envious of you getting into UCL medicine and you should be really pleased with that.

Cambridge isn't everything (I turned them down :flute: )

Time to look forward to UCL! :nutcase:

I have AAA

Why are you only looking at Russell Group unis? What's your plan once you finish your degree?

My UCAS Clearing search is showing CompSci courses from some fantastic unis; including Aberystwyth, Loughborough, Leicester, UClan and a lot more

What's your insurance uni? Why are you put off by them?
