Home fees

Hello,
We are looking at relocating back to the UK (British passport Holders and citizens) after many years living in New Zealand.
Our daughter is looking to study Law, as an undergraduate, in 2024.
We would welcome advice about fees and any student loans that would be available for her. Especially as she won’t meet the ‘3 year resident’ requirements. Obviously home student, rather than international is preferred. Is this possible?

Unless your daughter can prove that she was only staying in NZ as a temporary situation then there’s no real solution other than to wait until she meets the 3 year residency requirement before starting her degree.
