hey what kind of ucat score do people have who are thinking of applying to leeds this year?
Leeds don’t operate a cutoff, mixture of GCSEs and UCAT, may or may not score sjt. However I’m not sure but they may score achieved grades instead of GCSEs? Saw this on a previous thread somewhere but most likely wrong
does anyone know what last year's cut off was for leeds out of 40 points? non WP
I believe it's not 40 anymore but out of 37. however historically to get interview you can only afford to loose 1 or 2 points for interview, and even then some people still didn't get selected
Hi, I have a UCAT of 2760 band 1, and got 9999999886 (6 in English language) in my GCSEs. I am predicted A*A*A* and achieved an A* in EPQ (though I think they said they don't look at EPQs). Should I apply?

If you would really want to yes, you’d get full points for gcse, and good UCAT aswell as band 1. We don’t know how they’ll score UCAT and if they’ll score SJT or not but I suspect scoring will be similar to hyms however instead of scoring UCAT based on national deciles they’ll score them based on Leeds cohort, also they may or may not SJT but I suspect they will. But overall I say you’ll have a good chance
Which unis don’t look at GCSE’s after minimum requirements ?? Cos I’ve only got 4 7’s
So depend on ucat, if you meet minimum requirement GCSE then there is alot of UNIV like southampton , newcastle,st george,...etc. So it all depends of how high is your UCAT.
Also if you are contextual (every univ assess using different criteria )then you can look at foundation courses.
If you have your ucat then ask in the *MEGATHREAD* - The "Which Medical School Should I Apply To?
Hii, I have A*AA acheived and 99999999888 GCSD grades with a UCAT of 2550. I really need to decide on a 4th option and was considering leeds? I understand applying to leeds is a risk this year but wondering what anyone thinks x
