Has anyone had their interviewed yet and if so how did it go?

Had mine on Friday, it went OK I think, bit of a blur.. some of the of the questions you cannot prepare for as they want your initial reaction answer (and they tell you that in the interveiw).. but it's well structured and kinda friendly.

When's yours?

Were the questions related to the CV and personal statement or scenario based?

You should get the email in the next couple of days then, some of the stuff you might have covered on your cv already.. but the email will be pretty accurate of what to expect.

How was the data analysis part. did you think you had enough time to share your analysis. how was the second part of the interview like where they discuss your experience based on the role and the communication and linkage bit?

The data analysis part was fine, finished with a few minutes to spare and had a few follow up questions afterwards.
Got slightly thrown off with how they'd asked one of the questions but you can work out which questions are linked to desirable criteria etc.

Sorry fir asking more questions. I have applied for leeds position. Wanted to ask you something else if you feel comfortable enough. I have made presentation to deliver my analysis. Do i do the presentation and then they will ask questions regarding it for 10 minutes. then they say second part is the experience based. this is what is putting me off. as i have no previous professional data analyst experience. Also how did you do in the strength question. I am so anxious. I feel like my nerves wil get the better of me
My interview is on 6th too. Just came across this threat. I am comfortable with the data analysis part. Just the strength questions are throwing me off. I am applying for liverpool.
If anyone feel comfortable can you tell me what kind of questions they asked for the strength questions. TA

Re. the nerves, that's natural, I've had loads of intviews and still get nervous.
The email you get should explain it
I imagine the standard thing is to present, then them asking questions afterwards. Then experience questions. I'm not a data analyst, although I've used data before (so perhaps in uni where you've collected data for a project?/ thesis?).
Although I have no idea how I did in the strength thinking back 😅 sorry, it's hard to gauge what they actually mark those on.
You did well in the initial application stage, so there's obviously some experience they like. They said a lot of people applied. This is a role where they train you up into that position also, so they are looking for potential aswell.
Hope it goes well for you (and the others in this thread) 👌

But they did say can take end of sept to early oct to hear back and successful candidate start in december.. i didnt enquire about the start date. So do i keep hope or start looking for something else 😂

Yeah, they said mid to late September we'll find out.. I worked out there would've been about 56 interview times (but guessing there might be about 2 to 3 teams doing the interviews at those slots).
Always keep looking on the cs jobs site, but you might be overcrtitical on yourself and done as well a you needed to get the job!

Hey, thanks for asking
Not as great as I was hoping tbh, the data analysis bit wasn't too bad but for the other parts the nerves got the better of me too and I was sleep deprived which never helps lol. Like you said it was quite friendly and well structured and exactly as it states in the email.
