SAS, R and PowerBI. But more on SAS as that’s the analytical tool we use.

Sorry, this reply is quite late, but do you spend a lot of time actually finding insights from data or are you just pulling data/creating reports and dashboards?

Most of the job is data insight and risking of the population. We rarely produce dashboards unless requested by the stakeholders
