DWP Work Coach Interview - how long to hear

Hey!!! Yes I emailed them and they said it’s still ongoing. Might give them a call tomorrow. But I am positive my one reference has responded and so has my character reference. I suppose speaking to someone will help to see what stage my checks are. This is my 7th week if a reference hasn’t responded or there is an issue wouldn’t the logical thing be for their recruitment team to get in touch?

Hiiii Bumble 😊 did you have a good Christmas? We thought the worst of the wait was over eh 🤣 … I’m not sure the reference requests go out again automatically - I might be wrong! The advisor I spoke with, told me that the requests had been made on the 20 something of December- and did not say that they’d been requested again since.

I’m in the same boat re Occy Health.. I thought they would’ve been in contact by now. I looked for a contact number for them but could only see something about it costing £1 per min to call them. I’ll just await their call I think 🫣

Question for those who emailed SSCL regarding their position on reserve list. How long did it take to get an answer about where you are on the list? TIA

See I am only 10 days into PEC and my references have all confirmed they sent back already and a few days ago I had a call with OCC health (I had fibromyalgia, bone disease and ADHD that’s medicated)

I think it depends what area and how quickly they need to fill spaces.

When I asked them about status of my PEC they said it’s on a case by case basis and they can’t give me a timeline.

I’m 651 Avon Gloucestershire. I do wonder how long it will take as my DBS has been active without a break since 2011 and normally returns in under a week. The longest I’ve ever waited on an enhanced DBS of mine is 20 days

My dbs came back pretty quickly actually - about 3 days? So wonder why everything else is taking so long.

How do you know your dbs is already back? Do you get sent the certificate at same time x

Silly question but are we supposed to do anything with the DBS that is sent to our house address?

Occy health complete
DBS cleared
Just waiting on whatever may be left and this has been all within 10 days

Yes I’ve already had my phone call appointment! They called with a start date today! Very excited

It’s only been 2 weeks since my offer (ok I waited since November for outcome but this part is speedy haha!) my references are done (the refs emailed me each to say they’d completed) and counter sig done. DBS arrived in post yesterday. Occ health phone call was start of week. And I’ve been called today to start in March! (They said they can start me without all PECs being completed on a conditional offer and formalise once completed)
