• Some or all of your residence in Wales during the three year period immediately prior to the first day of the first academic year of your course was wholly or mainly for the purpose of receiving full-time education, and as such excludes you from being eligible for financial support from Student Finance Wales.
What does this mean? What else am I meant to do instead of going to school as a then 15 year old?I'll try call them but I doubt they'll be very helpful like usual

Ok, they were actually helpful this time. I called and it's because I checked some checkbox that says something like I moved to wales for fulltime education. I apparently misunderstood this so I called again and got it changed and resubmitted

Hi, I have also just been rejected for the same reason. I think I clicked the wrong checkbox saying I moved for full time education. What do I need to do? Do I just call them?
