As far as I can tell from a quick look at that linked website, QMUL, City, Greenwich, Metropolitan and Birkbeck seem to be the only ones that offer at least a BSc in just mathematics which do not require FM.

I would look elsewhere - none of those have a good rep for Maths
I completely agree.
Since there don’t seem to be a lot of reputed unis offering just a maths BSc which don’t need FM, I’d definitely consider looking at courses outside of London like “BSc Mathematics with Statistics and Data science” at Bath, which doesn’t seem to require FM.
Of course, the OP’s predicted grades ought to be taken into account before giving any more suggestions as to which alternatives could work.
