If they have all the information they need, they shouldn’t take longer than 3-4 weeks from what I’ve seen.

That seems reasonable. Do you know how long after the pre-employment checks are approved can you start work?

No, not any callback but my ID was verified before I had to pre-employment check form. Was it just ID verifications or also about the pre-employment check form?

Hello Everyone I hope you are all well sorry to be a pain and jump on this chat I have applied for a DWP campaign in my local area of Staffordshire and yesterday it updated to say this:

Thank you very much for completing the interview. Your application is being reviewed.

Been told some who applied for my area have been rejected already.

Can anyone confirm to me if this is good news? Have been told by some it is just don't want to get my hopes up and have them dashed in a few days. Many thanks for your help

Usually it’s good news if you haven’t been rejected yet, the longer it takes the more likely they are debating your scores

Thank you for your response and debating my scores is that good as they are scoring it higher? I just really want this job to be honest and I hope I will receive some good news soon.

I didn't here back till 2 months later, that was them asking me for pre-employmner checks. Then another 2 months to hear back about a start date. I was going insane. Whole process lasted 4 months.

Thanks for the response. Wow 2 months is a long time to wait!! Did they not inform you that you had the position before asking to do the pre employment checks ?

Nope they offered a provisional offer , and only gave me a formal offer once I passed my premployment checks. The 2 month mark they were just confirming the details of my premployment checks. but they didn't even tell me I passed till 4 months, then as soon as I got that email couple of days later got a call and a formal contract.

I also applied for the 614, still haven't heard anything back also 🙂 It's still at "Thank you for completing your pre-recorded video interview. Your application will now be reviewed by our team and you will be contacted soon with the outcome."

I went to an information session about it at the job centre before applying and there were about 30 people in the 'classroom', so assuming each of the 13 jobcentres had information sessions with similar numbers, there would be at least 390 applicants. Probably a lot more, so will take a while for them to mark each interview.

I have that status aswell. I think based of what i've seen here and on other forums I'm expecting to hear back in the next month or so hopefully. I think they have just started releasing the results of 599 and they are going by numerical order.

Thank you for completing your pre-recorded video interview. You should hear from us soon with regards to the outcome.

my wording changed yesterday to this, not sure if that's good or not.

I've got that status as well. From what i've been reading on other forums, this is the second stage which everyone gets. If you pass then you will get a third status change.
