How lenient is imperial with Step 2?

So I was in a bad mental condition during my A2 exams due to some family issues, it has affected my revision and I have a feeling that I wont pass Step 2, but I think I'll at least get an A in further maths, with 97% in maths, will I still be given a chance to enter Imperial computer science degree? :frown:

Now I have Edinburgh as my insurance but it needs A* in further maths, which I wasn't sure to achieve, so my last choice is to apply to kcl through clearings, but still, my first choice is imperial computing. So should I reapply next year or just go with kcl? (ps: I got an offer from kcl already during the regular ucas application)
