Accommodation Induction

Hi I just accepted my Leeds accommodation offer and paid the deposit/set up the payments, and it tells me my next step is to complete the online induction so i can book a slot to move in. I can't find this induction on the portal anywhere so i was just wondering if it is supposed to appear/be done at a later date? I also havent had a confirmation email of the deposit yet but the money has left my bank
