Freshly renovated facilities, very friendly flatmates, free access to new on-site gym

Hi I'm looking for someone to takeover a room at Stratford one unite students.
The rent is 250pw and the contract is 51 weeks (it started 23/09/23 to 14/09/24)
It's a basic ensuite. 11sqm and has a small double bed.
There's a working heater which is good for the winter months. There's a desk and chair available for studying.
The walls aren't thin at all, I can't really hear people either side of me.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink as well as a mirror cupboard for storage.
Unite students host lots of activities like Jamaican patty night and has a nice student feel.
It has ual, Warwick (London campus), UCL, Greenwich students etc.
Its near Westfield so it's good for shopping. There's H&M, berska and M&S.
It's near stratford station which is quite good for transport - trains and buses.
It's also near UCL EAST campus. It's a 10 min walk

HiI have a spacious bright large single room (self-catered, non ensuite) on the 5th floor of Bonham Carter House on Gower Street for someone to take over the contract. It is a 5-minute walk from UCL.It is an intercollegiate hall with a mix of undergrad and postgrad students from all nearby universities. The rent is 282pw for 50 weeks but may consider for 40 weeks.
