I got that core practical finished off this morning. I also had my geography test and I couldn't remember what a fjord is so that was fun, the rest went okay though, it was the first test that I have been allowed to type so it will interesting to see how much of an effect it had. I have done some more work on my personal statement and my geography NEA, I still I have quite a lot to do for those still though. I will try and do some more work this evening as I am going to an open day tomorrow.
I've got almost half of the first draft of my personal statement written
I'm so happy about it, I was so scared about what to write and put if off for too long but now I've really started to make progress.:biggrin::biggrin:
The open day I went to was so good
I went to Sussex and I think it is a better option than York, and I liked York a lot.

Biology
Today's plan:

Finish first draft of my personal statement

Finish draft of proposal form for my NEA

I think this is all I want to get done today but both are rather large tasks
I have made some more progress with my NEA proposal and I have nearly got the draft done and then hopefully I'll be able to send it to my teacher
I finished the draft and now have sent it off
I will have lunch and then work on my personal statement

It's actually reference to this song
I've done some more work on my personal statement, I'm finding quite hard to put things into words though :frown:

I know - I just thought this would be of interest as it's close and older.

I thought that was probably why
Today was good
I have got quite a lot done on my NEA and have now started on my introduction. I have contacted relevant people for permission, and have got some stuff sorted out.
I have also finished an RS essay finally and it is nice not to have to think about that any more.
I am hoping to get some more done on my personal statement and a core practical this evening. I'll probably brain dump everything into goblin.tools and get it to help me organise my thoughts into something more coherent.

It's an AI powered productivity software designed to help neurodivergent people organise and break down tasks
I'm now procrastinating - I really need to get this draft done of my personal statement but I don't know what to write. I'm going to grab something to eat and see what happens from there
I had a free first period and I got my first draft of my personal statement done! I have now sent it to my form tutor for feedback and hopefully then I can make some adjustments to it
I then had a geography study and I did a 20 marker and continued with my NEA.
In less exciting news, next week I have a geography assessment, a biology assessment and an RS essay (all in exam conditions lol). I need to get revising for them :frown:
This week is definitely going better than the last few and I'm hoping to keep up that momentum. I do have a lot of deadlines coming up which is quite scary but things are definitely going better.
