just wait ig, i want to firm my non-medicine offer bc i only have waitlists but do you think they'll remove me if i do?

they say "we will not be able to consider any applicants who have accepted offers elsewhere"

Got email said score below threshold and so placed on waiting list. And then got rejection via UCAS.
A bit confused. Also mentioned unable to consider if accepted offers elsewhere. OMG... So cannot accept other choice or insurance? Any advice pls.
