For me on the website it needs to be a minimum of 12 hours of education and I need to provide my timetable but I only have 8hrs but I’m a full time student

Look on the tfwm site instead, the swift card offers a student ticket too and to sign up you need your student ID and one other supporting document like a student finance letter if it doesn't show all the info they need - https://www.tfwm.org.uk/swift-and-tickets/discounts-and-free-travel-passes/discounts-for-students/
