Can you guys access your online induction for ur accommodation because I can’t and it’s been a few good days since I paid the deposit. Aru residential service aren’t even answering the phone💀

It showed up as one of the tabs on top. I think they emailed me abt it and sent the ARU ready thing too

Oh ok same they emailed me to do my online induction but it doesn’t show up. When are you planning to move into ur accom?

thats so weird, this is what mine looks like. and at the top u can see where it says induction. im moving in on the 10th. are u based in chelmsford?
