I phoned them up in Friday and they said Monday is when there coming out as Friday and the weekend are prioritised for international so they can get first choice due to travelling reasons etc
It was mentioned in the email to the international students last week that rest of the interview invites (non international) will be sent out today Nov 20. The email says it gives the opportunity to international students to get their travel arrangement done first.
