RSM graduate scheme 2024

Hello. I just received an invitation to JS and have a question as this is my first time doing job simulation.,, I would like to ask if you would be able to share what this job simulation stage entails, such as what kind of questions or tasks they asked. Is it just an online interview based on strength & firm-related questions or anything specific to job situations, or both? I find it quite hard to find any information about it. How did you prepare for it? Thank you

The job simulation stage only consisted of like 4 videos questions and then the rest situational questions. So I think maybe if you failed the situational questions bits then your video answers won’t be assessed?? I assume there was some sort of benchmark for the situational questions. Maybe that’s how they filter through applicants.
Not entirely sure, but it’s best to clarify with the recruitment team and see if it was a mistake,

Hey I got an offer from rsm yesterday !the job simulation from what I can remember is not too hard ,just research abt companies values and I suggest watching the rsm YouTube video on interviews they ask similar questions and as long as you know your basic business formulas you will be fine !
