I am deciding to drop A2 Maths and stick with 3 A2s rather than 4. I know that I need to contact UCAS and universities to let them know of this change.
I have an interview coming up at Leicester for Medicine on the 18th. Should i tell them now or on the day of the interview?

Tell them before the interview. Also, tell UCAS about the changes too.

They'll probably want it in writing anyway, so tell them before
