I finished JS for the HK one on the 27th, nothing as well. Which one you applied for?

Grad scheme for asset mangement / alternatives in London
Hey guys I applied for the Strategy and Transformation programme, last year (in my final year of uni) I wasn't taking my grad scheme applications seriously, so I never really got past the OIA for any applications but this year I've got a couple of job simulation interviews. My first deadline is for HSBC and I was just wondering how you guys prepped for it. It says it takes approximately 35mins so I'm guessing its not timed other than the video interview questions?

Watch HSBC interview on YouTube by Job Ready English. The situational judgement question is similar to OA personality questions. Take your time in the email response section; for the video interview response you can’t really prep for it as it is based on your case study and it is basically testing your ability to think on your feet. Best way to prep for it would be to know your role and what your department does. Use HSBC’s practice zone and look at what your department does on HSBC website. The only thing that is timed is the video response; before you start a video recording they’ll usually ask you if you’re ready - take a break and breathe then start when you are ready. Good luck!!

Is this after doing the JS?

I passed the JS the first time but it was for a summer internship, so was transferred over to the graduate role and redid the JS on the 18th of September. Haven't heard anything back yet, have you? Would be a bit embarrassing if I failed the JS after passing the first time lol

No, I think might they consider your first Js bcz it's same for internship and graduate role I think
May I know how long it takes to hear back after OIA? I think I'm a bit late just completed OIA yesterday

Got a email this morning saying I passed the JS benchmark for asset management grad and wait to hear back soon on interviews. did the js last week. i expect i will hear about interviews next week as they closed their recruitment for the role
