Hey!
I have all of my first stage results now:
Numerical - Same as most
SJQ - Above Average

WSQ- Mostly Aligned(not sure if this is good or bad 😅)

I applied for HR, DDAT and project delivery the day applications opened and completed the tests the next day.

Have they unlocked the work-based scenarios?

maybe that's a bust.. not sure - Work based scenarios not unlocked.

Only found out about Fast Stream the other day, really hoping for Digital, Data, Technology & Cyber. Don’t think I’m interested in any of the others unfortunately.

I’m assuming the Work Based Scenarios section will open well before the November closing date???

I'm not holding out a lot of hope for the next stage unlocking for me
Numeracy - good capability
SJQ - moderate
Work style questionnaire -mostly aligned.

Think the SJQ might let me down given how competitive the Fast Stream is, but good luck everyone!

SJQ - strong capability/high range
Still waiting for work style feedback

Yeah, this is the extract from my feedback report:

Feedback on your performance
Your responses to the Situational Judgement Questionnaire focusing on interpersonal skills demonstrated strong capability to make appropriate judgements in situations that involve other people. In this respect your performance on this assessment was in the high range compared to other applicants. Such a capability is an important foundation in developing the necessary people management skills to succeed on the Fast Stream.
Development feedback
To sustain or enhance your performance in this area further, regularly reflect on the effectiveness of your judgements involving people. Are there situations involving other people where you may not have taken all important factors into account? What can you learn from these experiences to hone your judgements in the future?

I have the exact for all three of mine. WSQ - mostly alligned. Sjq - average. And numerical- more than majority. It would be interesting to see how they move with someone with exact same response. What were your schemes that you chose

I have the same results for numerical and SJQ, and I don't have my WSQ result yet either. I did the tests last Wednesday and I applied to Parliament and then second choice governmental policy.

Hi all, just posting as my WBS have just been unlocked!
My feedback has been:
WSQ - a lot of alignment
SJQ - a lot of alignment
Numerical - Above average

I can’t remember what order I placed my schemes but I applied for:
DDAT, Project Delivery, Government Policy and the new Ops scheme.

I failed at the WBS last year so I’m going to be doing a lot of prep before I attempt them again.
