Is there no interview for the AC? Only a leadership/group/written scenario?

Leadership is like interview. Role play exercise

Ah ok, so none of the usual competency type questions based on your own experience? You're just judged based on the behaviors in this scenario?

I've got mine soon but struggling to find a way to prepare for it. Is there anything specificly we can look at? Other than the guide for FSAC itself?

I did signup for some paid website to prepare for assessment centre exercises but honestly not been much of a help.

You will read the information provided and then assessor will ask questions. They will then score your answers.

Just relax, you will have sufficient time to go through the information. Just pay attention to details.

Good luck

Does anyone know of any online examples for the written assessment section of the fast-stream assessment centre?

Anyone heard back about assessment centre results yet?

Surely they won’t publish Assessment Centre results before all of them are completed? Mine isn’t until February

They carry on until March but in my assessment centre I was told I’d hear back by end of December or January think it depends on when they figure out a baseline score

I have seen some people receive results but am unsure what schemes. I too was told by the end of December. In the 3rd week now since my AC, and hope i find out this week before christmas. From what ive heard is if you did terrible then there is no reason for them to make you wait, and likewise if you did exceptional more likely to hear sooner. If you did perhaps well but not amazing, then it takes them longer to get a larger sample for the pass mark. Add in all the complications of the different schemes and additional question stuff - who knows basically.

I don’t believe any results are out yet. If that were to be true we would had some in the form confirming it.

I've seen a few people either receive offers or progress to the FSB depending on their scheme. It's always been this way based on previous years forums; the highest and lowest scorers hear first based on initial pass marks then final pass marks are set depending on how people perform and how many people they can take onto each scheme. What I wish they'd do is at least release our scores then let us know if we've passed once boundaries are set.

This year it’s different. It’s funny when information is given like depending on the scheme. Name one scheme that had received an offer or FSB so far.
If you have not heard so far this year it doesn’t mean you are in middle range. It’s simple they have not released the results yet.

Mean while good luck everyone.

One person on the Reddit thread has an offer while another has moved onto the FSB for Project Delivery. I agree, there's no reason for people to lie about it. The majority of us will hear back once the boundaries move; it's also why some people heard back faster than others regarding the WBS. Good luck all! 🙏🏾

Honestly I've somewhat checked out and focusing on other applications in the meantime. It's the only way for me to not constantly refresh the portal. 🥲
