Would anyone be interested in a German version of the TSR Study Together sessions? If a few people are interested, I'll create a thread!
I've created the thread! https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7448602

:hello: Welcome to the A-level German Study Group! :hello:

This is where you can chat with other students studying the same subjects as you and support each other as you head towards your exams :grouphugs:
You can post any useful tips and resources that you come across, offer support to others, share your successes, or just have moan when it gets tough!
Just remember, it’s against the site rules to ask for or offer any copyrighted papers, or to take conversations off-site to do these things. Posts that break these rules will be removed.
A few possible ice breaker questions are:
What exam board are you with?
What do you enjoy most about this subject/ course?
What area do you struggle with in this subject/ course?
Good luck with the next few months. Remember, ask for help, support where you can and together we can do this! :yeah:

As always German is the smallest language in any language department.
Every day, after vocab, I try to integrate into German society like watching german media and everyday I get reminded of how bad I am at this. It's not going well guys.

It's good that your school is still running an A-Level with just one student! I bet it's tough going though with just you and a teacher? What grade are you hoping to get? If you need some support to help with marks, have a look on the The Ideal Teacher Language School on YouTube, there's a playlist (A LEVEL GERMAN EXAM REVISION) to help with improving German and German grades that could help you.

Hi!! I’m doing AQA!! My film is Almanya, Willkommen in Deutschland and I’m reading Zonenkinder. (Any resources available for these? 😭)
I’m not the best at the language, but I like the film more. Zonenkinder has more difficult vocabulary and has a lot of history (not my strong suit at the moment 😮*💨), so I’d say that’s what I’m struggling with.
