Well done! Can you tell me more about the selection process? Is it more of a group activity or individual tasks and what sessions are group?, and could you describe the interview style? Is it about assessing strengths, technical skills, or motivation?

Its quite easy compared to others in my opinion, the exercises need your full attention and they time everything.

Congrats! Also got an offer. Did HR say how much the salary is? Was told it's around 34k~35k, but others said it is not determined yet.

Last thing i got was a pdf on how the vetting stuff works, we have time though tbh. I spoke to someone on the phone last week and they mentioned teams are based on your strengths, so very likely we were hired with a team in mind i reckon
