A tentacle like thing in my vagina??

Yeah, I’ve been thinking it could be a prolapse. The good thing is, as I have stated in previous replies to people, I don't experience any pain or discomfort. I have had this for over two years at least and it has not gotten worse. I actually feel like compared to two years ago it has gotten a little better. I sadly can't ring a GP or go to a sexual health clinic. However, if it gets worse, I will tell my mum. I think I am going to start doing pelvic floor exercises for a few weeks and see if it does anything. Hopefully it will!!

You would be well advised to get medical advice before you start self treating. What if the pelvic exercises made the problem worse?

You really should consult someone. If you aren't allowed to go to the doctor's on your own then talk to your mum.

That is absolutely not the hymen (which is an external piece of "skin"). It sounds like you may have a partially prolapsed cervix. I really would see a doctor, just to get the reassurance (if you want to avoid including your parents, would it be possible to arrange a phone appointment with your GP?). These things can get worse, so it's important to get it under control. This would not necessarily mean surgery, the most common sort of treatment for this kind of thing pelvic floor exercises if it's not too serious.

The hymen is inside the vagina... Prolapsed cervixes are something that happens when people have had lots of babies, which I'm guessing OP hasn't had at 14. But yeah, having a doctor/nurse have a look at it would be the best way forward if OP wants a definitive answer

Hmm, it only really moves when I sit on the toilet. It goes LOWER. It does not hang out. When I am lying down it does not bulge out either. I'd say it's about an inch into the vagina? Also, I really don't know if it's my cervix. I've looked up pictures of a cervix and it seems to be wider and the hole seems to be a little bigger. This thing I'm describing is not as wide as my vagina and I can move my fingers around it. Sorry if this doesn't make sense!
Also, I’ve actually not looked at it in the mirror will do at some point.

If it's soft and you can put your finger inside and move it around, it's not your cervix. Have a look with a mirror and get a medical person to examine you if you want a definitive answer.

It could be my cervix, is it normal for it to be super low? Close to the entrance of my vagina?

Go see a DOCTOR if you really want to know.
I have no experience with it, but could you be intersex? I’ve heard that people go ages without realising their parts aren’t “standard”. Is the hole your urethra? (Where you pee from) if so could it be a hernia or prolapse more to do with your bladder?

This was my first thought. Is it weird that I really want an update to this and to find out what it actually is?

Hii! I started masturbating two years ago. At first it was just on my clit and then after a few months I wanted to try fingering inside. However, there is a tentacle thing in my vagina that makes it difficult. The tentacle thing has a small hole in it (just like how the cervix is described). I'm fourteen and don't want to ask any family members about it. I've looked online and can't find anything about it. To add some more detail (sorry if it's TMI), when I go to the toilet and sit down it is very close to hanging out the hole. I do not think anything is wrong with me as there is no pain when I touch it or anything. Just wondering if this is normal? Will it go when I'm an adult? Thanks for reading!!

It could just be a longer labia, your labia are never symmetrical, so one could just have grown longer. It's actually very common.

Cervixes can prolapse due to using a menstrual cup which suctions too much however this is incredibly rare. So it can happen without having kids
Girls I've just come across this I'm 35. It's your cervix. 100% normal you do not need a doctor.

Crap, harmful advice. It’s definitely NOT normal at all to have a tentacle hanging out of your vagina and OP should absolutely see a doctor.

Lol, are you crazy?

What do you mean? "I sadly can't ring a GP or go to a sexual health clinic." Yes, you can, you're just refusing to go. It's not "I can't go" instead it's "I don't want to go." Do you really think the better alternative is asking a bunch of strangers on a student website what you have? I hate getting silly threads like this recommended to me.

Id see the GP, legally they have to keep your conversation confidential, you don’t need to tell your parents if you don’t want to but people online will just be guessing, its better to go see someone and it be nothing than to avoid going and it be anything bad

Yes, technically I CAN see a gp. However, I am 14 years old and incredibly insecure and I cannot physically tell anyone about it to a level I can't even begin to describe. I'm not asking you all for a diagnosis. I asked all of you if you could have any sort of idea of what it was and if u "hate" seeing threads like this, then please just don't even bother.

I’ve had it since I was a child though (I think obviously I didn’t have any desire to masterbate then) so surely it’s normal?? I can’t see a doctor. Btw by “child” I mean since I was younger.

Edit - OP didn't lie about her age, she's only making excuses about not being able to see a doctor or making contact with a medical expert. Sorry for my mistake.

Why are you lying about being an adult? You're 14, you're not an adult, you're still a child. Why are you also lying about not being able to see a doctor or GP?

What are you talking about?? I never said I was an adult, hence stating my age multiple times, especially in my first post about it. By "I was a child" I meant since I was young, what is wrong with you?? I'm not lying about anything.*

What's wrong with you? Why are you sharing this thread in the first place? Call 111 or something. It's inappropriate to share that you masturbate as a 14 year old on a student website, that's it, really.

What's wrong with YOU? If you have nothing of value to add to the thread, move on. OP has asked a question in a forum that exists specifically for questions like this.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? It's obvious that nobody on TSR can help OP, which is why I and other people have advised her to contact a doctor. What's valuable about this thread? Absolutely nothing. OP is refusing to go to her doctor, which is her prerogative, but either way, she's never going to get a correct answer about her condition. There is nothing valuable about this thread and everyone has given all the advice that she can get. What else is there to add? Literally nothing.

Also considering that they are underage and they are a child, it's slightly dangerous for her to disclose her sexual habits, which in my opinion, is a reasonable concern.
