Heyyy, My names Tom and I’m beginning my architecture course next month at Cardiff. Missed out on halls and so I’m staying in private accom at Vita student in Cathays. Wondering if there’s any others living there since I know it’s abit more difficult to find people in privately owned accom compared to halls.

Hi there, I've heard generally good things, the location is great but it's among the most expensive. Can I ask if you have any specific requirements that you're looking for? All the best, Jaz - Cardiff student rep

Mainly just trying to find a place close, preferably walking distance, to the law and politics building

I'd say that Vita is great if you'd want your accommodation to have a bit of everything, as they have a gym, weekday breakfast, study spaces etc.
Otherwise there are also plenty of university-owned accomodation close by that has a similar distance to the law building such as Senghennydd Court/Hall.
There is also other student accommodation that is privately owned, but close by as well such as Cambrian Point, owned by Unite Students.
