Dan does brilliant food but tends to fail on the visual.

Tasha is either very good or not at all but she's made anyway at this stage, like Nadya.

The bloke who won last week is not all that good but perhaps he can turn up at the right time.

The little bloke is basically a silent assassin. I think the judges have been very impressed and I can see him winning.

Its the Italian variation millefoglia (still means the same thing, except it has 4 layers of pastry)

Based on how they performed in the 1st challenge, it was obvious who would get eliminated.
Their pastry technique for the showstopper was great however but they really had a bad week this week

I think it was sadly fairly obvious who was going home, and Star Baker was very deserved once again!

I also think that Josh will win. The other two are hit and miss so even if they are very good next week, they'd have to go for overall performance.
