I did the SHL test on 21 Oct and just received an email for an interview. so it took only 6 days. I was really not expecting that email lol

I believe I saw the assessment centre is set to take place virtually in November so may hear back soon hopefully!

not sure about salary but I know it is higher than average, probably around 35k. Haven't heard back yet, suspect it will be soon since the assessment centra takes place around November :smile:

Yes says it in the original job description: "After you submit your application, you will be asked to complete an online assessment (SHL). If shortlisted, you may be invited to a video interview and finally a full day virtual assessment day, which will take place in November 2023."

I did pretty decent I think. But then again according to last year's thread there were people who did well on paper but didn't advance to the next stage. Conversely in this thread there are people who didn't think they did well on paper, but got invited to the interview stage. I'm not sure how they decide, but I wouldn't put too much weight on your SHL test results.

Edit: That said, if you got a good grade, congrats! I'm sure it can't hurt to know you're good at these exercises :-) If not, don't be too upset about it either.
