I'm very annoyed now. The only thing I can think to do is start a campaign against...Dogs.

No dog owners.

No dog owners who let their smelly, molting, ugly little mutts sh*t in the street.

This country has gone crazy. Fines for dropping litter, not allowed to protect yourself and family and home from burglars, yet they don't fine people for letting thier dogs sh*t in the street.

I'm not having it any more. Anyone who agrees say I. And if you disagree, go tread in some dog sh*t and then have a re-think.

You know it makes sense. Ban dogs from the country. Or get rid of them all by eating them like they do in Korea. No actually, I wouldn't like to eat a dog. For reasons said above.

And how often is it enforced? And for that much? That is a max. Probably get fined £20. and a slap on the wrist. ( or a clip round the ear.)

To get to my building at univeristy I have to walk through Peel Park, by the River Irwell, I am sick to death of dog owners letting their dogs run free so they can jump on top of me

"sorry mate he aint gonna do any harrrrrm do what a' mean?"

Thats no use to me once I am covered in mud and have had the life scared out of me.

Things like their excrements in the street and them attacking children is entirely the fault of the owners....therefore i do not think that you should direct you anger at the dogs; they cannot clean up their excrement nor can they act normally if they have been reared in an abnormal atmosphere. I think it is the careless dogowners (who are actually a majority) who you should be angry at.
