yes they are ridiculous. They said they would call us to give feedback in 2 weeks, it was almost 4 weeks I emailed them twice to follow up then they called me to tell me I'm weaker than other candidates...

Similar thing happened to me with Santander CIB. Emailed mid November for an update and they told me my application won’t be updated until after Nov 30th just to reject me minutes later

Is recruitment still going on for Corp Finance grad scheme London? I've seen people are getting rejected whilst others have had AC. I haven't heard back in a while, any hope?

I applied to TDI and I saw that earlier in the thread some people had already done the assessment centre. I emailed and they responded saying “Your application is being reviewed and you will hear from us in the coming weeks.”.
Does anybody know if assessment centres for these positions run multiple times or have I just not been rejected yet?
